How to Measure Your Ring Size at Home

Method 1: String or Paper Strip Method

  1. Find a piece of string, paper strip, or floss that's not stretchy
  2. Wrap it around the base of your finger where the ring will sit
  3. Mark the point where the string/paper overlaps with a pen
  4. Lay the string/paper flat against a ruler and measure in millimeters
  5. Use our conversion chart below to find your ring size

Pro Tip: Measure at the end of the day when your fingers are at their largest

Method 2: Existing Ring Method

  1. Find a ring that fits perfectly on your intended finger
  2. Place the ring on a ruler or measuring tape
  3. Measure the internal diameter in millimeters
  4. Match the measurement to our size chart below

Important Measuring Tips

  • Measure when your fingers are at room temperature (cold fingers are smaller)
  • Avoid measuring after exercise or when hands are swollen
  • Measure 3-4 times for accuracy
  • Consider wider bands may need a half size larger
  • If between sizes, choose the larger size
